Explore Cow Face through the lens of stability by using strength to create length, instead of just resorting to the use of force. In doing so you will build a harmonious functionality within the hips so they are able to sustainably support you both on and off your yoga mat. In preparation for this video please get yourself set up with a few props such as a yoga block, yoga bolster or a few cushions if you have them available.
