The UnDoing Yoga Method recognises that strength and flexibility have a symbiotic partnership designed to support sustainable, healthy movement. The strength of one muscle creates a reflexive response which naturally lengthens the opposing muscle. Therefore the focus is on ‘developing’ aspects of the whole body rather than only strengthening or just lengthening them.
